How long will my bag take?
All bags post out on Mondays. Ready-made bags are good to go and ship on the next Monday after you order. Custom bags usually take about 10 days to make, then post out on the following Monday.
Do you take custom requests?
Yes. Every bag is customisable, and special requests are accommodated whenever possible. Just ask.
Do you ship overseas?
Bags ship within Australia only, and standard shipping is included in every bag price. Express shipping is available for an extra $10. PDF patterns are available worldwide.
Can I return my bag?
Each bag is a handmade, one-off piece, so I don't accept returns or exchanges. If something arrives faulty or damaged, email mayve.goods@gmail.com with photos and I'll sort it out.
How do I care for my bag?
Spot clean with cool water and mild soap, then reshape it and lay it flat to dry. Don't tumble dry.
Patterns
Can I buy patterns from outside Australia?
Yes. PDF patterns can be bought from anywhere in the world. Prices are shown in Australian dollars, and your bank converts them at checkout.
How do I get my pattern?
Patterns are instant PDF downloads. You'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.
What yarn should I use?
The patterns are written for t-shirt yarn. Thickness varies between brands, so check your gauge against the pattern before you start.
Can I sell bags I make from a Mayve pattern?
Yes. Please credit Mayve Goods as the designer. You can't share, resell or redistribute the pattern itself. See the Pattern Terms of Use.
