Bags: Australia only. Mayve Goods bags currently ship within Australia only.
Shipping is included. Standard shipping is included in the price of every bag. Express shipping is available at checkout for an extra $10.
Post-out day is Monday. All bags are posted on Mondays.
- Ready-made bags are good to go and ship on the next Monday after you order.
- Custom bags usually take about 10 days to make, then post out on the following Monday.
Digital patterns: available worldwide
PDF patterns can be bought from anywhere in the world. They're delivered instantly as a download, and nothing is posted. Because they're digital, patterns can't be returned or refunded. If your file won't open, email me and I'll fix it.
Returns
No returns. Every bag is a handmade, one-off piece, so returns and exchanges aren't accepted. Please check sizes and details before you order.
Faulty or damaged items
If something isn't right when your order arrives, email mayve.goods@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and I'll work with you to make it right.
